몬스터 헌터(이하 "서비스")는 사전예약 신청자의 개인정보를 아래와 같이 처리합니다. 본 방침은 「개인정보 보호법」을 따릅니다.
서비스는 이메일 주소, 언어, 이용 기기(PC/모바일), 유입 채널 태그, User-Agent와 동의 기록(동의 시각·버전·만 14세 이상 확인)을 수집합니다. 이메일은 출시 알림, 나머지 항목은 알림 언어 설정·유입 측정·인앱웹뷰 오류 진단에 사용합니다. User-Agent와 채널 태그는 이메일과 별도 목적의 기록이지만 같은 신청 행에 저장될 수 있습니다.
수집한 신청 데이터는 출시 알림 발송 목적이 달성된 후 즉시, 늦어도 정식 출시 후 3개월 이내에 파기합니다. 신청자가 동의를 철회하면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 월드 링크 클릭 로그는 별도 보존정책에 따라 최대 90일 보관 후 자동 삭제합니다.
월드 링크를 누르면 채널·게시물 식별자, 로케일, User-Agent 및 Referer 출처(origin)가 클릭 측정과 인앱웹뷰 오류 진단을 위해 기록될 수 있습니다. Referer의 경로·쿼리·fragment는 저장하지 않습니다. 이 클릭 로그는 수집 목적 달성 후 삭제하며, 최대 90일을 넘겨 보유하지 않습니다. 클릭 로그에는 이메일 주소를 연결하지 않습니다.
서비스는 이메일 저장·처리를 위해 국외 사업자의 인프라(Cloudflare)를 이용합니다. 「개인정보 보호법」 제28조의8에 따라 아래와 같이 국외 이전 사실을 알립니다.

서비스는 아래 업무를 위탁합니다.

서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 사전예약은 만 14세 이상만 신청할 수 있으며, 신청 시 이를 확인합니다.
신청자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·삭제·처리정지·동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 연락처로 요청하시면 지체 없이 처리합니다.

Monster Hunter ("the Service") processes your email address, language, platform, source tag, User-Agent, and consent record (timestamp, version, and age confirmation) as described below, in accordance with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, for EU/EEA visitors, the GDPR.
We use your email address to send a launch notification. Language, platform, source tag, User-Agent, and consent fields support language selection, attribution, diagnostics, and consent auditing.
Your email is retained only until the launch notification is sent, and deleted within 3 months of launch at the latest, or immediately upon withdrawal of consent.
When you click a world link, channel/content identifiers, locale, User-Agent, and the Referer origin may be recorded for campaign measurement and in-app browser diagnostics. The Referer path, query, and fragment are not stored. These click logs are deleted when the purpose is fulfilled and never kept longer than 90 days. Click logs are not linked to your email address.
Application data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (Cloudflare, Inc., United States and its global edge network). Transferred items include email, language, platform, source tag, User-Agent, and consent record. You can avoid this transfer simply by not pre-registering.

You have the right to access, erase, restrict, and withdraw consent for your data at any time via the published contact. We keep a record of your consent (timestamp, version, and age confirmation).
